Job description

Warehouse Manager- Direct Hire
Location: Oceanside, CA (On-Site)
 
Responsibilities include:

·         Lead day-to-day warehouse and production operations while helping establish the  systems and processes.

·         Responsible for daily operations, inventory control and staff supervision.

·          Daily Operation and Logistics including: Oversee Shipping and Receiving – Workflow coordination – Overseeing equipment maintenance – Inventory and systems management – System tracking.

·         Staff Supervision and Safety:  Strong Team Leadership – Safety Compliance and enforcing federal and state requirements.

·         Performance Tracking- KPI’s such as tracking error rates – Fulfillment times and other metrics as established.

·         Driving improvement initiatives within a manufacturing organization. 


Requirements Include:

·         5+ years on the job experience in warehouse manager role.

·         Strong organizational and project management skills.

·         Strong understanding of manufacturing documentation.  

·         Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.

·         Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office.

·         Bachelor's degree -preferred.
Compensation:   Expected Salary Range: $95,000-$120,000 annually, DOE.
