JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking motivated and curious students to join our team through a paid co-op opportunity. This role is designed to provide hands-on, real-world experience within a growing construction services organization. Co-ops may be placed in construction-focused roles or business/support functions, depending on the student's area of study and interests.
As a co-op, you will be treated as a valued team member, given meaningful responsibilities, and supported through mentorship and on-the-job learning. This experience is intended to complement your academic coursework while building professional skills and industry exposure.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities will vary based on department and assignment, but may include:
Construction-Focused Roles
-Assist with day-to-day project or field operations
-Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation
-Help coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, or internal teams
-Participate in job site visits, meetings, or walkthroughs
-Maintain project files, logs, reports, or drawings
-Support safety, quality, and productivity initiatives
Support / Corporate Roles
-Assist with administrative, analytical, or coordination tasks
-Support department-specific projects and initiatives
-Help maintain records, reports, or internal documentation
-Participate in process improvement or special projects

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
