Join our Hartford, CT team to program and produce complex parts with Mastercam for customers in the Aerospace, Defense, Firearms, and Medical industries. You’ll transform specifications into accurate, efficient 5-axis programs and support setups and operation on CNC lathes to ensure exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, refine, and optimize CNC programs for 5-axis machining in Mastercam.
  • Set up and operate CNC lathes to generate high-precision components.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering and production to validate process accuracy and throughput.
  • Execute quality inspections to confirm conformance to drawings and standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve programming and machining issues in real time.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of programs, setups, and revisions.
  • Track and adopt advancements in CNC/CAM technology to elevate performance.
