Job description

Responsibilities
  • Support programming projects utilizing various machine tools, controls, and programming software.
  • Plan, create, develop, and implement programs and associated processes.
  • Own programs through implementation into production and provide necessary shop support through the development and production cycle.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing engineering. Years of experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
  • Candidates with a Master's degree or higher education, with 3+ years of related experience can also be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience with graphic programming, part modeling, and program simulation software, including UGNX and Vericut, and ability to utilize process monitoring software.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new programming software, code, and analytical tools.
  • Strong technical, communication, interpersonal, time‑management, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with rotating hardware, airfoils, and continuous improvement projects.
