This opportunity is ideal for a programming professional who enjoys creating efficient machining programs, solving complex manufacturing challenges, and supporting precision production in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

The CNC Programmer will develop, test, and optimize CNC machining programs used to manufacture precision components. This individual will work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes, accurate programming, and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize CNC programs for milling operations
  • Program custom components and tooling for production applications
  • Develop machining methods and tooling strategies
  • Set up and support CNC milling machines during production
  • Test, troubleshoot, and validate CNC programs on production equipment
  • Modify programs to reflect engineering changes and product revisions

Qualifications

Required

  • Associate's Degree preferred (Engineering or Manufacturing Technology)
