 Job Description
We are seeking an experienced manufacturing professional to join a growing manufacturing company in the Mentor area as a CNC Laser Operator. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering extensive hands-on training, a consistent first-shift schedule, and room to continue developing your skills and growing within the organization.
 
As a CNC Laser Operator, you will operate CNC fiber laser equipment used to cut metal materials according to production requirements. This position does not require CNC programming experience and is a great opportunity for someone with general machine operating experience, mechanical aptitude, and basic computer skills who is interested in expanding their metal fabrication experience.
 Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC fiber laser equipment to cut metal materials according to production requirements
  • Load, position, and handle metal materials throughout the production process
  • Use basic computer functions and machine controls to operate equipment
  • Follow work instructions and established production procedures
  • Monitor equipment during operation and identify potential issues
  • Inspect completed parts for accuracy and quality
  • Follow all required safety procedures

 Qualifications and Requirements
