We specialize in numerous industries including construction, transportation, energy, and defense.

About the Role:

The CNC Laser Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by precisely operating computer numerical control (CNC) laser cutting machines to fabricate metal and other materials according to detailed specifications. This position ensures that all components are produced with high accuracy, quality, and efficiency, directly impacting the overall production output and product integrity. The operator will interpret technical drawings and blueprints to set up and adjust machines, monitor the cutting process, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to maintain a safe working environment and meet production deadlines. Ultimately, the CNC Laser Operator contributes to the seamless flow of manufacturing operations by delivering consistently precise and defect-free parts that meet customer and company standards. We have an opening for a 2nd & 3rd shift position.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machines in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years' experience required
  • Basic understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and measurement tools.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and procedures related to laser cutting operations.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting materials and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in CNC machine operation or laser cutting technology.
  • Experience with programming CNC laser machines using CAD/CAM software.
  • Knowledge of various materials such as metals, plastics, and composites used in laser cutting.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Previous experience working in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
