Job description

Calibration Technician / Gage Crib Attendant

Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing Facility in North Phoenix

Location: 2688 E Rose Garden Lane, Phoenix, AZ 85050

Shift: Full time, day shift

CMI Group facilities are ITAR regulated. Employees must be able to meet the US Person requirement

Requirements:

  • Experience as a calibration technician / Gage Crib attendant is a plus
  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, stoop, squat, sit and/or walk the majority of the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds unassisted
  • Excellent attendance
  • Good communication skills
  • Will need to use basic shop math & interpret basic work instructions.
  • Ability to work well with others & follow instructions
  • 3 years’ experience as a mechanical inspector using dial bore gages, bridge gages, indicating micrometers, Sunnen gages

General Duties may include:

  • Daily set up and tear down of dial bore gages, Mueller gages, indicator mics, Sunnen gages, etc.
  • Troubleshooting gages as needed.

Pay rate depends on relevant experience.
