Leidos, a leading defense, intelligence, and technology company, is seeking a full-timeServiceNow Visualization & Configuration Management (CM) Analystto join our Digital Modernization Group on the Global Solutions Management - Operations II (GSM-O II) contract at Scott AFB, IL. This is a role for a ServiceNow power user who excels at creating data visualizations and has a background inCM.

Your Opportunity

As the Defense Information Systems Agency transitions to ServiceNow, your primary mission is to become the team's subject matter expert (SME) for data analysis and visualization. As a member of theCMteam reporting to the CM Manager, you will step into a recently transitioned ServiceNow environment that is leveraging modern telecom modules (TSOM/TNI) and immediately design, deliver and maintain critical visualizations to support team objectives. While you perform core CM tasks, your main focus will be on leveraging your deep platform knowledge to extract, analyze, and present data in meaningful ways. If you love diving into ServiceNow to make the data tell a story, this is the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Advanced Data Visualization:Design, deliver, and maintain a suite of complex data visualizations within ServiceNow. You will be the team's SME for data visualization strategies, responsible for translating team requirements into powerful, actionable insights.

  • Core CM:Execute essential CM functions within the ServiceNow platform. You will analyze change requests, conduct CI audits, and ensure the relationships between circuits and equipment are accurately maintained, applying your CM knowledge within the new toolset.

  • Data Integrity & Investigation:Serve as a data detective. You will investigate and resolve data integrity issues within theConfiguration Management Database (CMDB)and new telecom modules (TSOM/TNI), ensuring our data is reliable and our platform is operating as intended.

  • Team Collaboration & Mentorship:Act as the team's technical mentor on all things visualization. This includes providing informal guidance and sharing best practices to help other analysts develop their ServiceNow skills, in addition to collaborating on team objectives.

What You'll Bring (Required)

  • Security Clearance:A current and active DoD Secret security clearance is required to be considered for this position.

  • Experience & Education:Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with 4-8 years of prior relevant experience.

  • Advanced Data Visualization Skills:Proven, advanced-level ability to create complex data visualizations in ServiceNow. You must be able to demonstrate past experience building visualizations from the ground up.

  • ServiceNow Platform Knowledge:A strong, hands-on understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including core ITSM processes and the CMDB data model. You must be comfortable navigating tables and data structures to get the information you need.

  • CM Foundation:A strong foundation in CM principles and practices gained through prior experience.

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:A highly analytical mindset with a talent for troubleshooting data issues and translating complex requirements into functional visualizations.

  • Location:This position is based on-site at Scott AFB, Illinois. All work must be performed on site.

What We Want (Desired)

  • Telecom Module Experience:Experience with ServiceNow's telecommunications modules (TSOM/TNI) is highly desired.

  • Certifications:ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Platform Analytics or other related technical certifications (ITIL, Security+).

  • Network Knowledge:A practical understanding of the OSI model and how network circuits, services, and physical equipment are interrelated.
