Introduction

The Clients and Markets Acceleration Team's (CMAT) Growth Platforms Team is seeking a Specialized Sales Executive at the Senior Manager level to help drive disciplined sales execution across Industry Solutions Cluster. This role is ideal for a strong commercial leader who excels at demand creation, pursuit shaping, and client-facing deal conversations, with a focus on strengthening pipeline quality, conversion, and revenue outcomes.

Do you excel at driving demand creation, shaping pursuits, and leading client-facing commercial conversations? If so, you may be a great fit for our Sales Executive Tax & Audit Cluster Senior Manager role. You will drive disciplined sales execution across sourcing, qualification, pursuit shaping, and close while strengthening pipeline quality, conversion, and revenue outcomes

As the Sales Executive Senior Manager, you will:

  • Demand Creation & Conversion: Orchestrate demand creation and conversion across sourcing, qualification, pursuit shaping, and close to advance pipeline and drive revenue capture.
  • Pursuit & Client Deal Leadership: Partner with pursuit teams to strengthen win themes, RFP strategy, and orals, while leading client deal conversations end to end by articulating Deloitte's value proposition, tailoring messaging to client needs, and adapting the commercial approach to advance the deal.
  • Commercial Strategy & Market Insight Activation: Apply commercial judgment, including pricing inputs, and translate market, competitive, and regulatory insights into deal strategy, account actions, targeting choices, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, collateral, and follow-up actions that reinforce differentiation and support opportunity progression.
  • Pipeline Discipline & Stakeholder Mobilization: Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and forecast readiness while building internal and external relationships to mobilize the right experts, remove blockers, and move opportunities forward.
  • Team Leadership: Coach junior sales professionals across the pod on selling processes, pursuit behaviors, and performance expectations.

The Team

The Clients and Markets Acceleration Team's (CMAT) Growth Platforms Team is comprised of professional relationship managers, marketers, and architects dedicated to driving successful technology relationships. Within the Specialized cohort, this team activates GTM strategies, runs cadence and governance, and manages Pod health, performance, and capacity across a cluster of Prioritized Specialized alliances.

Qualifications Required:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, account management, pursuit leadership, go-to-market strategy, or related roles.
  • 10+ years of experience leading or supporting complex pursuits, deal shaping, and client-facing commercial conversations.
  • 10+ years of experience strengthening pursuit strategy through win themes, proposal support, and orals preparation.
  • 10+ years of experience maintaining CRM discipline, pipeline accuracy, and forecast readiness.
  • Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $175,300 $322,900.
