With a growing portfolio of premium brands across the country's best markets, White Lodging offers a dynamic environment where talent thrives and careers are built.
The Otis Hotel, AC Hotel Austin, and Moxy Austin represent three distinct and compelling lifestyle hotel brands in the heart of the Austin, Texas market. The Otis Hotel is an independent luxury lifestyle property celebrated for its distinctive Austin character and creative energy. • Collaborate with hotel leadership across all three Austin properties to identify revenue generation opportunities and execute strategic action plans to capture them
  • Foster strong, lasting client relationships across a diverse multi-brand Austin hotel portfolio - building the loyalty and repeat business that drives long-term group and corporate revenue performance
  • Record all sales activities, lead updates, and pipeline progress accurately in hotel CRM and sales systems - maintaining accountability and transparency across all cluster accounts

What You'll Bring
  • At least 1 year of hotel sales, group sales, corporate sales, or hospitality sales experience preferred - motivated candidates with strong sales instincts and a passion for the Austin hospitality market are encouraged to apply
  • A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field - or equivalent hotel sales work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural talent for building trust and long-term client relationships across a multi-property Austin hotel cluster
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven - you identify group and corporate sales opportunities, pursue them with urgency, and convert prospects into loyal accounts
