About the Role:
Join Montessori Kids Universe Cameron Square as a Closing Manager at our vibrant Montessori School in Alexandria, VA. The right person for this position should have a passion for working with children as well as strong leadership skills. A positive attitude and an enthusiasm for the job are important when working with young children. They must have excellent communication skills and the ability to exercise judgement. Schedule will be 3pm to 6pm (closing) or 12pm to 6pm (closing).
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the closing operations of the Montessori School, ensuring a smooth transition at the end of each day.
  • Manage and train staff on proper closing procedures and safety protocols.
  • Engage with parents and guardians to address inquiries and feedback during closing hours.
  • Coordinate with the teaching staff to ensure all materials are organized and secured.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the school environment.
  • Assist in the development of closing schedules and staff assignments.
  • Implement and uphold school policies and procedures effectively.
