SUMMARY:

Assists clients nationwide on bringing complex commercial transactions to close and disburse. Transactions require knowledge of title insurance, policies and endorsements. The ability to understand (not necessarily resolve) underwriting and other issues or problems is a plus.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manages overall closing process, providing status of the transaction throughout the closing to the appropriate parties.
  • Balance Settlement statement / HUD and prepare file for funding.
  • Resolve all post-closing reconciliation issues including company reports and according to company time frames.
  • Manage closing calenda and elevate problem files to supervisor or manager.
  • Ability to work from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • Assist in training new employees.
  • Potential attendance at after hour Company events.
  • Ability to work overtime as requested and approved by supervisor.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial or other closing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
