Post Closing Associate-Scanner

This position is in-office located at 2300 Commerce Park Dr. NE, Palm Bay, FL 32905

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage original collateral documents from the time of receipt through shipping to the end recipient.
  • Receives incoming mail and overnight packages. Opens packages and retains original envelope/package and tracking information.
  • Completes Cover Sheet with required information and attaches to the original document.
  • Scans document and uploads to client'ssystem
  • Enters date received and package tracking information
  • Files documents securely accordingto procedures for that client.
  • Retrieves documents as requested and provides to QA for review
  • Ships package
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Minimum age - 18 years old.
  • Previous experience working in business environment is preferred.
  • Requires intermediate skills in MS Office (Word & Excel).
