Date: Jun 10, 2026 Location: Palm Bay, Florida, US Requisition ID: 22092 Description: Post Closing Associate-Scanner Roles and Responsibilities: Manage original collateral documents from the time of receipt through shipping to the end recipient. Receives incoming mail and overnight packages. Opens packages and retains original envelope/package and tracking information. Completes Cover Sheet with required information and attaches to the original document. Scans document and uploads to client's system Enters date received and package tracking information Files documents securely according to procedures for that client. Retrieves documents as requested and provides to QA for review Ships package Performs other related duties as assigned or directed. Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum age โ€“ 18 years old. Previous experience working in business environment is preferred.
