Job description

Title: Clinical Service Manager-Diabetes

Territory: Binghamton, Utica, Elmira

Company: Medical device manufacturer offering cutting edge technology-based solutions in the treatment of diabetes. Top brand name in their space, with new products launching every year.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the accounts once they have the devices onsite, working with healthcare providers and office staff daily.
  • Collaborate closely with territory partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Execute field sales activities with a strategic, patient-centered approach, ensuring all promotional efforts are aligned with established guidelines while maximizing impact in the field
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholder, including endocrinologists, primary care providers, and diabetes management teams in hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
  • Act as the clinical expert in the field, conducting trainings and guiding healthcare providers with integration of the products into their patients care programs.
  • Gain an understanding of the clinical goals at each provider and patient needs to create customized approaches.
  • Empower patients to take control of their health and improve their quality of life.
  • Expand your network and credibility within the diabetes community by actively participating in local events and initiatives that position you as a leader in diabetes care.
  • Provide ongoing support and education, with follow-up consultations, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful long-term device usage.
  • Evaluate clinicians who which to become a consultant trainer, and provide product updates to them.
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding data or insights from gained from the field.
  • Maintain data systems, such as Salesforce, to capture training metrics.
  • Conduct administrative duties, manage operations, and adhere to budget guidelines.
  • Champion inspiring patient success stories, leveraging real-world examples to demonstrate the impact and drive product adoption through clinical selling techniques

Requirements:

  • Completed 4 year college degree
  • Demonstrated skill educating in a clinical setting (both providers and patients)
  • Experience working with diabetes patients
  • Ability to travel within territory

Compensation:

Base salary of $90K, plus 56K bonus (uncapped). Offering mileage reimbursement, full benefits, including 401K with match, and discount on company stock!
