Location: Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year

Ditmas Park Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced ADON / Nurse Educator / Risk Manager to join our leadership team. This role combines clinical leadership, staff education, and risk management to ensure the highest quality of resident care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the DON with daily nursing operations

  • Lead staff education, orientation, and competency training

  • Oversee incident investigations and risk management

  • Support Quality Assurance and survey readiness
