  • Orchestrate the patient arrival experience by warmly greeting visitors and managing the check-in/out process to ensure a seamless, stress-free start to their medical visit.

  • Advocate for patient access by diligently verifying insurance authorizations and precertifications, ensuring that financial barriers are resolved before care begins.

  • Safeguard patient stories by meticulously managing medical record requests and demographic data, maintaining the integrity and privacy of every individual's healthcare journey.

  • Drive clinic sustainability by accurately capturing service charges and managing daily financial reconciliations to ensure the facility can continue providing top-tier care.

  • Streamline clinical operations through proactive scheduling and administrative support, allowing the medical team to remain focused on patient outcomes.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
