Position Summary

This role is responsible for supporting the successful onboarding, integration, and ongoing growth of JB Dental Lab customers by helping practices adopt JB workflows, services, and clinical support resources with confidence. Serving as a key partner to providers, this position focuses on streamlining onboarding, guiding digital workflow adoption, and ensuring a seamless connection between customer practices and JBโ€™s production and clinical teams. The role works cross-functionally with Sales, Administration, Design, Production, and Clinical Operations to enhance communication, resolve operational challenges, and deliver consistent, high-quality customer experience. Ideal candidates are highly organized, tech-savvy relationship builders who can navigate clinical workflows, provide training and support both virtually and in person, and proactively identify opportunities to improve provider success, retention, and long-term partnership growth.

Key Responsibilities

ยทย  ย Deliver virtual and occasional in-person training to ensure successful adoption of JB workflows and digital processes

ยทย  ย Serve as a primary point of contact between customers and internal teams (Sales, Admin, Design, Production, Clinical Operations) to ensure seamless communication and execution

ยทย  ย Support multi-provider and referral workflows by assisting with case coordination, patient linking, and inter-office communication

ยทย  ย Assist existing customers during key transitions such as staff changes, ownership updates, or adoption of new technologies (e.g., digital workflows, 3D printing)

ยทย  ย Partner with Sales and Education teams to support practice development efforts through workflow education sessions, training events, and customer engagement initiatives

ยทย  ย Provide operational and logistical support for training programs and educational events at JBโ€™s education center and in the field

ยทย  ย Collaborate with clinical and surgical teams to support implementation of JB systems and protocols for new or expanding practices

ยท ย ย Monitor customer feedback and identify trends that may impact operations, proactively escalating insights to leadership

ยทย  ย Promote a positive customer experience by supporting feedback initiatives, including reviews and engagement opportunities

ยทย  ย Continuously identify ways to improve onboarding processes, workflow adoption, and overall provider experience

Qualifications & Requirements

ยทย  ย Associateโ€™s degree or certification in Dental Assisting, Dental Hygiene, or a related dental field preferred

ยทย  ย 0โ€“3 years of experience in a dental office, lab, or clinical environment (new graduates encouraged to apply)

ยทย  ย Foundational knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and clinical workflows

ยทย  ย Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems, software, and digital workflows quickly

ยทย  ย Experience with practice management systems (e.g., Dentrix) or digital scanning tools is a plus, but not required

ยทย  ย Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with providers and office teams

ยท ย ย Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and timelines simultaneously
