Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough video intake assessments with new members, enabling a holistic understanding of their symptoms, functioning, and daily habits.
  • Design and implement personalized therapeutic programs that are practical, integrative, and tailored to fit seamlessly within each member's daily life.
  • Provide continual support via our digital platform, including real-time encouragement, psychoeducation, and modifications to treatment plans to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions and uphold clinical documentation to meet professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on clients who are enrolled in detox programs, experiencing a range of mental health challenges associated with substance use and co-occurring disorders. You will engage with clients who are willing to undertake the journey toward recovery, providing them with strategies and support to navigate their mental health needs amidst the challenges of detoxification.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work with a current state licensure in good standing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical Social Work experience, preferably with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation or higher.
  • Proficient in the use of technology, with the ability to navigate various digital platforms effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and compassionate interactions with clients.
