Job description

About Tia

Tia is building a new model for women's healthcare, one that treats women as whole people, not separate conditions or life stages. By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike.

About the Role

We're hiring a Clinical Operations Senior Manager, RN to help build, lead, and improve the systems that support Tia's registered nursing and clinical operations functions.

This role is ideal for an experienced RN leader who loves both people and process: supporting clinical teams, improving workflows, using data to drive performance, and building scalable operations that help deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

You'll partner closely with RN leadership, clinical leads, care delivery, product, and operations teams to strengthen how care is delivered across Tia's virtual and in-person care model.

Why Tia
  • Opportunity to help shape and scale a new model of women's healthcare
  • Remote corporate role with meaningful impact across multiple markets.
  • Collaborative clinical and operational teams focused on improving care delivery
  • A mission-driven environment that values both patient and provider experience
  • Competitive salary plus performance-based bonus
  • Licensing reimbursement, clinical education resources, and ongoing training opportunities

What You'll Do
  • RN Operations Leadership: Provide operational leadership for Tia's RN function, partnering with clinical leads to ensure consistent, high-quality nursing practice across Tia's virtual and in-person care model.
  • Workflow & Process Improvement: Build and improve clinical workflows, SOPs, onboarding processes, training programs, and competency structures that support scalable RN team performance.
  • Performance Management: Monitor staffing, scheduling coverage, queue performance, utilization, quality, and operational metrics to identify trends, resolve gaps, and improve execution.
  • Quality & Compliance: Support clinical quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across RN and clinical operations workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Product, Care Coordination, Clinical Care Delivery, and Operations teams to align clinical workflows with broader company goals and care delivery needs.
  • Team Accountability: Create clear role expectations, operating rhythms, metrics, and feedback loops that support a high-ownership, high-accountability RN team.
  • Player-Coach Support: Spend a portion of time delivering asynchronous nursing care as needed to stay close to workflows, understand team needs, and support patient care.

What You'll Bring

Requirements:

  • Active, unrestricted RN license in California or New York required, with ability and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed. Licensure in both CA and NY, or in additional Tia markets such as AZ, is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of nursing experience, including experience in clinical operations, team leadership, workflow improvement, training, quality, or performance management.
  • Experience supporting or leading RN, MA, care coordination, virtual care, ambulatory care, or similar clinical teams.
  • Strong ability to build and improve clinical workflows, SOPs, onboarding processes, training materials, competency structures, and performance management tools.
  • Working knowledge of clinical quality, patient safety, regulatory requirements, documentation standards, and healthcare compliance expectations.
  • Comfort using dashboards, metrics, and operational data to identify trends, solve problems, improve execution, and support team accountability.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to partner across clinical, operations, product, care delivery, and support teams.
  • A hands-on, accountable leadership style and a desire to build structure in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
