Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough video intake assessments with new members, enabling a holistic understanding of their symptoms, functioning, and daily habits.
• Design and implement personalized therapeutic programs that are practical, integrative, and tailored to fit seamlessly within each member's daily life.
• Provide continual support via our digital platform, including real-time encouragement, psychoeducation, and modifications to treatment plans to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Monitor the progress of each member by analyzing engagement data and clinical assessments, ensuring care plans are continuously refined to meet individual needs.
• Celebrate member achievements and facilitate problem-solving for barriers to engagement, reinforcing a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and uphold clinical documentation to meet professional standards.
• Ensure the confidentiality and compliance of clinical records in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to promote an integrated approach to each member's care.
• Participate in regular case reviews and team meetings to enhance learning and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on clients who are enrolled in detox programs, experiencing a range of mental health challenges associated with substance use and co-occurring disorders. You will engage with clients who are willing to undertake the journey toward recovery, providing them with strategies and support to navigate their mental health needs amidst the challenges of detoxification.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work with a current state licensure in good standing.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical Social Work experience, preferably with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation or higher.
• Proficient in the use of technology, with the ability to navigate various digital platforms effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and compassionate interactions with clients.
• Strong collaborative skills, able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Highly reliable, motivated, and committed to going above and beyond in supporting clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with simulation-based education approaches, which can enhance user engagement and efficacy.
• History of providing clinical supervision to peers or less experienced social workers.
• Involvement in higher education settings or training programs focused on social work practices.

Compensation and Benefits
