Priory Wellbeing Center is in search of a dedicated and licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the mental health and addiction recovery sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of two years of clinical experience and be adept in providing compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy tailored to individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance dependencies.

Located in the serene setting of Paradise Valley, Arizona, our Detox Center is designed to provide a supportive environment where clients can begin their healing journey. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates across various specialties to ensure that each individual receives holistic care that promotes lasting recovery.

Work Environment

This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful contribution to our client's well-being. You will conduct therapy sessions using secure video conferencing technology, ensuring confidentiality and security in client interactions. The flexibility of a remote setup allows you to manage your schedule effectively, aligning with our operational hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform initial assessments via secure video calls to evaluate new clients, focusing on their symptoms, daily functioning, and overall mental health.
  • Create personalized therapeutic programs that integrate seamlessly with clientsโ€™ lifestyles, ensuring that treatment is both practical and effective.
  • Offer continuous support through our digital platform, providing regular encouragement and modifying treatment plans as necessary based on clinical assessments.
  • Monitor client progress through detailed engagement data and clinical evaluations to refine care strategies continuously.
  • Acknowledge and celebrate client milestones, while adeptly addressing and resolving obstacles to ensure consistent participation in treatment.
  • Meticulously document all client interactions and maintain comprehensive clinical records, strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of psychiatrists and healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
  • Engage in case reviews, collaborate in team meetings, and pursue continuing education to stay current with best practices in clinical social work.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be individuals battling various mental health issues and substance dependency challenges. The clientele often deals with complex co-occurring conditions that require a nuanced and compassionate approach. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
