• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients experiencing mood disorder symptoms, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, considering their goals, challenges, and preferences to create a roadmap for recovery.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored for mood disorders, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote client engagement and progress.
• Provide educational resources to clients and their families, demystifying mood disorders and presenting effective self-care strategies.
• Maintain ongoing progress monitoring through regular check-ins and updated assessments, adjusting treatment plans as clients evolve and new concerns arise.
• Work as part of a collaborative team with psychiatrists and healthcare providers to deliver integrated care plans, ensuring that all aspects of our clients' health are managed effectively.
• Stay current on best practices and emerging research in mental health treatment to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.
• Keep detailed and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development sessions to enhance your clinical skills and to share knowledge amongst peers.
• Advocate for clients within the community, promoting a better understanding of mood disorders and the importance of mental health support.

This role specifically focuses on clients who are navigating various mood disorders. You will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing challenges related to depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and other mood-related issues. Your contributions are critical in helping them find coping mechanisms and pathways to improvement.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
• Strong foundational knowledge in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience focusing on mood disorder treatment.
• Proven success in implementing therapeutic interventions that have shown positive client outcomes.
• Understanding of psychopharmacology to facilitate better interprofessional collaboration.
