  6. Maintain and support existing applications, websites, dashboards, and digital tools.
  7. Make light to moderate updates using HTML, PHP, JavaScript, Python, and MySQL.
  8. Support existing Laravel, Node.js, Git, and GitHub processes.
  9. Maintain MySQL database tables, support data integrity and assist with database performance.
  10. Document technology systems, workflows, access protocols, code changes and recurring processes.
  11. Coordinate with vendors and consultants when specialized technical support is needed.
  12. Identify technology improvements, automation opportunities and workflow efficiencies.
  13. Support the responsible use of AI and large language models to improve productivity and business operations.
  14. Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical managers and staff.

Required Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, management information systems or a related field required.

  3. Experience managing and maintaining existing technology systems in a business or professional services environment.
  4. Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, access controls, authentication, backups and vulnerability monitoring.
  5. Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant administration.
Experience managing web hosting environments, domains, cPanel, CRON jobs and cloud hosting tools.
  6. Knowledge of networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, VPNs and firewalls.
  7. Working knowledge of HTML, PHP, JavaScript, Python and MySQL.
Ability to document systems, workflows, code changes and technical processes.
  8. Ability to work effectively with executives, managers, creative professionals, compliance teams and non-technical staff.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Knowledge of FedRAMP, TxRAMP and SOC 2 compliance standards and practices.
  2. Experience with Laravel, Node.js, Git and GitHub.
  3. Experience maintaining MySQL databases and supporting data integrity.
  4. Professional certifications or specialized training in cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 administration, cloud infrastructure, systems administration, database management or software development.
