Job description

We are currently looking for a Full Time IT Client Technology Analyst I to join our IT Client Services Unit 5 team located at the WinStar IT Data Center.
Summary:
Provides on-site and remote support for client hardware and software technology products and solutions to meet the technical and business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
* Provides advice on designs for application solutions, including design reviews, planning, development and resolving technical issues
* Plans, designs, develops, tests, implements and maintains desktop applications and/or multi-user databases that facilitate the timely, efficient and accurate collection, analysis and management of key clinical data in support of process improvement activities, internal/external reporting requirements and emerging healthcare-related initiatives
* Collaborates with technical teams to ensure proactive support
* Configures, supports, and maintains client systems and Web-based applications
* Work with service desk, Lan/Wan, Systems Administration, Applications Support, and other IT groups to streamline user-facing Client Services
* Participates in testing and evaluation of new hardware, software packages, product releases and implementation prototypes as required
* Serves as point-person for all issues involving the technical aspects of the assigned programs or tools and executes timely resolutions
* Supports multiple Agile Scrum and/or waterfall projects with planning, scoping and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities
* Identifies, implements, completes integrated testing, and communicates requested changes to the Epic system
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
