Summary

The Senior Client Success Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned client account(s), focusing on building strong strategic relationships, ensuring successful program execution, and delivering exceptional client value. This role blends day-to-day program management and client engagement with elevated accountability for identification of growth and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities 


Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with client contacts at various organizational levels, including senior stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted liaison and advocate for client needs within Augeo.
  • Ensure timely, transparent client communications through regular updates, meeting coordination, and proactive issue resolution.

Program Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact and program owner for assigned account or account portfolio.
  • Partner with Solution Delivery and Project Management to capture business requirements and ensure timely, accurate program execution.
  • Coordinate and maintain meeting cadence with internal and client teams, including agendas and recaps.
  • Manage program scope, timelines, financial performance and quality expectations as outlined in Service Agreements.
  • Prepare and present Change Orders and Statements of Work for program adjustments.
  • Own revenue and gross profit (GP) targets for the assigned account or portfolio, monitoring performance against goals and proactively flagging risk to leadership.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for client programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Technology, etc.) to deliver program components effectively.

Growth & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and cultivate opportunities for program enhancements; partner with Strategy and leadership teams to develop and present recommendations directly to clients.
  • Contribute insights during client reviews to demonstrate program impact and value; lead portions of client business reviews as needed.


What you need to be successful in this role

  • 5+ years of client relationship management or account management experience.
  • Four-year college degree required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools in daily flow of work preferred.
  • Experience with employee, channel, or customer loyalty programs preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and resolve issues effectively.
  • Basic financial literacy for program performance, invoicing and budget support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite for reporting and presentations.
  • Flexibility for remote work; preference for Eastern or Central US presence.

Location

Candidates local to an Augeo office are expected to work a hybrid schedule. Candidates outside commuting distance of an Augeo office may work remotely.
