Job Overview

The Client Success Architect Level 2 will play a leadership role in the development process for enterprise data warehouse, data management and reporting systems. Services include data works, development of strategic roadmaps, and intellectual property tools. The role requires an understanding of enterprise data models and utilization of both relational and dimensional data sources. This position plays a key role in the training and development of others.

Job Responsibilities

Using assigned customer data files, review and confirm mapping sources

Seek out and schedule training to advance your knowledge and abilities

Regularly train and mentor other Client Success Engineers; Participate in career coaching process

Design and implement data marts necessary to consume the data warehouse data

Perform detailed analysis of the data (via SQL) to confirm assumptions about the data

Create and maintain technical design documentation

Perform quality coding to specifications for project preparation and completion

Attend and sometimes lead team meetings and report findings

Contribute to team's work preparation creating data lists and mapping for teams review

Attend and sometimes lead team meetings and report findings

Meet and greet clients and perpetuate the customer service focus

Make team introductions to client

Design database back-up and restoration strategy

Make and confirm documented changes to programming

Performance monitoring and tuning

Create user accounts and assign permissions based on user database access levels

Assign and assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on servers and other devices

Attend training meetings

Prepare Statement of Work Proposal

Capture Business Requirements

Develop and manage issues log

Review meeting minutes and compare to progress chart

Test all deliverables to ensure quality prior to hand-off

Job Requirements

5-7 years' experience with data extraction and management in a customer centered environment

Experience processing data, data cleansing and data transformation

Experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) concepts and technologies

Experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures or learn them quickly

Solid experience with SQL Server and SSIS

Experience with formal database architecture and design

Experience reading and writing requirements and technical specification documents

Experience coding software according to published standards and design guidelines

Advanced knowledge and use of Excel

A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline

Planning and managing complex projects including budget people, processes, and schedule

Experience designing database back-up and restoration strategy

Experience documenting changes to customer data programming

Lead team meetings and evaluate findings; verify data migration

Work with IT to design and deploy secure server mapping and warehousing processes

Ability to use data and insight to confirm conclusions and support decision making

Ability to manage a variety of viewpoints and build consensus, creating meaningful outcomes
