She is looking to grow our excellent, hardworking team by adding an experienced, dedicated and motivated life and disability insurance specialist. 

 Offices located in either Sandy Springs or Atlanta, GA.
Job Description Overview:
We are not just offering a job but a meaningful career!  If you are an ambitious Life and Health licensed sales advisor trained in financial products and services, who loves working with clients but is frustrated by the endless cold call prospecting in a primarily commissioned based role, we would love to talk to you. At Cleo Meyer’s State Farm Agency, we have a different model that includes a permanent base salary with a book of customer households! 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive financial planning and holistic coaching to State Farm households.
  • Partner with a career agent to develop and execute a business plan and client service model.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication, follow-through, and accurate documentation.
  • Demonstrate strong financial market knowledge, sound judgment, and consistent integrity.
  • Educate clients on technology and tools to help them manage and optimize their investments.
  • Ensure compliance with Cleo Meyer’s agency standards and all applicable industry regulations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Active Life & Health Insurance License.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience.
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and integrating with key partners.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation: $65,000-$150,000+ Per Year
