Job description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Client Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and patients. This role is vital in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring efficient communication and smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate excels in customer service, multitasking, and maintaining a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and patients warmly, providing a positive and professional first impression
  • Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address client inquiries
  • Manage appointment flow to support efficiency for the medical team
  • Accurately enter and update patient and client information in the computer system
  • Process payments, invoices, and financial transactions
  • Communicate clearly with veterinarians, technicians, and kennel staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Provide clients with information regarding services, treatments, and general pet care
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, email communication, and record keeping
