Sales Representative
Location: Springfield, OR
Position Overview

Our Client is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to actively identify, pursue, and engage prospective customers. This position is responsible for providing complete and appropriate solutions to clients in order to drive top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.

The Sales Representative will promote Our Client's services utilizing established company practices and approved marketing materials. This position will also attend client meetings, networking events, industry functions, and trade shows as appropriate.

Responsibilities
  • Attend marketing events as required and distribute marketing materials as needed.

  • Set up and take down marketing displays as needed.

  • Provide quantitative data to management to support and measure the results of marketing events.

  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of Our Client's services, industry trends, and competitive information.

  • Actively participate in key local industry groups and associations.

  • Identify and resolve client concerns in order to strengthen relationships and grow overall sales.

  • Work collaboratively with local and national operations teams to promote customer satisfaction, sales growth, and the overall success of the organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience.

  • Experience in restoration, insurance, or construction preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
