Our client, a leading organization in the restoration and recovery industry, is seeking a Content Project Manager to support its Contents division. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of content-related projects tied to inventory, documentation, and restoration workflows following property loss events.

The ideal candidate brings strong project management discipline, operational awareness, and the ability to coordinate across field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality content handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all phases of content project execution within the Contents division, from initial intake through final return and reconciliation
  • Coordinate logistics for inventory, packing, transport, storage, and restoration of client contents
  • Ensure accurate documentation, tracking, and reporting of all content items using internal systems
  • Act as the primary liaison between field teams, warehouse operations, vendors, and leadership
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones and service level agreements are met
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and cost controls across multiple concurrent projects
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and client expectations
  • Support training and onboarding of team members related to content management processes

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in restoration, logistics, moving/storage, or related industries
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with inventory systems, asset tracking, or content management platforms preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process adherence
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, especially in response to emergency situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

Preferred Experience
  • Background in restoration services, insurance-related work, or disaster recovery
  • Familiarity with pack-out processes, contents cleaning, or warehouse operations
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus

What Success Looks Like
  • Projects delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • High accuracy in inventory tracking and documentation
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication
  • Improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Why Join
