Job description

Our firm is growing, and we are looking for an administrative professional to help us in our journey. This is a full-time role located in Rochester, Minnesota for a Client Services Manager/ Administrative Professional. The role will involve overseeing client services, managing administrative tasks, and interacting with clients to ensure their needs are met. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator who can excel both in team and individual settings. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, we like to call the position "The Director of First Impressions". This position offers 401k match, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, Paid time off, as well as bonuses for performance.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a client services or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with both PC and MAC a plus
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
