Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused Client Services Associate to support Advisors and help deliver a strong client experience in our Westwood, MA office. In this role, you'll assist with client requests, account opening, reporting, and meeting coordination.

You'll serve as a point of contact for clients and prospects while helping keep day-to-day operations organized and running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who's proactive, organized, and eager to grow within a client service team.

The Client Services Associate can expect to focus in the following areas:

  • Provides first line of contact with clients and prospects with a professional approach; answers and directs incoming calls and supports routine client needs in a timely manner while reflecting Savant's philosophies.
  • Manages client information—prepares client reports, submits and follows up on necessary paperwork, and maintains accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce while documenting client interactions and completing client and internal requests.
  • Supports account opening and facilitates completion of client applications and transfer documents in a seamless manner.
  • Knowledgeable of various custodial relationships and able to navigate complexities in a simple way working with clients.
  • Troubleshoots problems, schedules and organizes meetings, and serves as a liaison between Advisors and Clients as needed.
  • Prepares for upcoming meetings, including assembling materials, and preparing reports.
  • Proofreads reports, documentation, and electronic data for errors
  • Serves as back up to others within Client Services as needed, maintaining a team-first approach by assisting and filling in where needed.

A couple things to note about our Client Services Associate position:

  • This position is based out of our office in Westwood, MA.
  • The schedule is Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
  • There is an opportunity to discuss a hybrid schedule with your supervisor following the training period (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
Qualifications

The Client Services Associate position typically requires the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree from accredited college or university preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of proven success in a client services/administrative support function in the field of financial services, banking, or insurance

The expected base salary range for this role in the Westwood, MA labor market is $70,000 - $90,000 . However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions.
