Job description

The Client Service Manager serves as the operational contact for assigned clients and is responsible for delivering a high-quality client experience. The role oversees client service delivery, coordinates cross-functional support teams, manages client inquiries and escalations, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. This position partners closely with operations, product, technology, relationship management, and risk teams to ensure client needs are met and service commitments are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client service and operational matters.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and engagement.
  • Coordinate resolution of client inquiries, issues, and operational escalations.
  • Monitor service delivery, client satisfaction, key performance indicators, and operational trends.
  • Lead client remediation efforts and drive resolution of service concerns.
  • Coordinate client onboarding activities, fund openings, closures, and business change requests.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, and Relationship Management teams.
  • Support client due diligence meetings, operational reviews, and governance forums.
  • Provide status reporting and communication on open items, initiatives, and service enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
  • Support audits, risk management activities, and regulatory or compliance-related initiatives as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in client service, relationship management, operations, fund services, asset servicing, or financial services.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and effectively resolve issues.

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $140,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
