Role Description The Client Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Millbury, MA, supporting advisors and clients in daily operations. This position handles client inquiries, schedules appointments, prepares and processes account paperwork, and maintains accurate client records. The role involves managing phone and email communication, greeting clients in the office, and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. The Client Services Associate coordinates with advisors and back-office partners to resolve service issues, track follow-ups, and support the delivery of financial plans and reports. The role also includes basic administrative tasks, document management, and adherence to compliance procedures and firm policies.
Qualifications
