About the role: This is an opportunity for a Client Service Associate or Registered Client Services Associate to join their close-knit, high-performing team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role at the center of day-to-day portfolio administration, reporting, and relationship support—with direct exposure to both the Investments and Operations teams and a clear path for growth from Client Service Associate → Senior Client Associate → Vice President → Relationship Management.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Prepare client presentation packages and performance reporting
  • Monitor asset allocation and liquidity requirements
  • Proactively manage client relationships and develop process enhancements
  • Participate in client meetings in person and virtually on a quarterly basis
  • Facilitate money movements and wire transfers for client accounts
  • Utilize Addepar (firm's reporting platform) to view portfolio data, asset allocation, and transactions, and generate reports for clients and internal use
  • Onboard new clients and coordinate asset transfers with third parties
  • Collaborate with the client service team on ad hoc requests and projects
  • Work with the investment team on portfolio construction and monitoring
  • Assist with tax information research, K-1 tracking, and distribution to clients and their accountants


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic record
  • 2–3 years of client service experience in a wealth management, multi-family office, or institutional investment setting (THIS IS REQUIRED)
  • Addepar experience a plus; training will be provided
  • Experience with new accounts, wires, and alternative investment subscriptions
  • Familiarity with portfolio construction and alternative investments (private equity, real estate, hedge funds)
  • Strong Excel and MicrosoftOffice skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; polished, professional, and relationship-oriented
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Series 7 license is a plus, willingness and ability to acquire the Series 7 on the job is required
