The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting athletes, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, and be committed to delivering outstanding service to enhance our clients' overall experience and success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of athlete clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and open communication.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, legal, finance, partnerships) to ensure client requests are met and services are delivered efficiently.
  • Facilitate client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into ENA Sports Group.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to relevant departments, contributing to the continuous improvement of services and offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, communication logs, and service histories.
