The Kim Varnadore State Farm Agency is seeking a Customer Relations Representative who can provide outstanding support to clients while confidently identifying and closing in-book sales opportunities within our existing customer accounts. This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). Candidates not yet licensed must be willing to obtain both licensesโ€”with full support and guidance from our team.

Role Description

As a Customer Relations Representative, you'll serve as a trusted connection point for our clientsโ€”resolving concerns, assisting with policy needs, and ensuring a seamless experience. At the same time, you'll play a key role in agency growth by recognizing opportunities for clients to enhance their protection and recommending additional products during everyday service interactions.

  • Active P&C and Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain with agency support
