Job description

Are you someone who thrives on building relationships and making things happen? This new role on our growing Client Relations team is built for a driven professional ready to deepen client partnerships, launch new initiatives, and help grow our business.

You will work alongside another Client Relations Manager and a Client Relations Specialist to grow a portfolio of training engagements with senior executives at leading multi-national companies. Half of the role is running programs end to end: organizing logistics, working with coaches and clients to shape the right experience, and making sure every detail lands. The other half is growing the relationship after the program is over: following up, surfacing new opportunities, and turning a single training engagement into a long-term partnership.

You will report to our Business Development Director and through him to our Managing Director, and work daily with our office team, expert coaches, and audiovisual producers around the world.

Intended Start Date: June 2026

What You’ll Do

Program Coordination

· Design and coordinate training programs from kickoff through delivery, including logistics, materials, scheduling, travel, coach assignment, and post-program follow up.

· Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for senior client leaders and their administrative team members.

· Coordinate with coaches and technical producers to ensure smooth and impactful program delivery.

Client Growth

· Build genuine relationships with client contacts at every level, from program administrators to senior executives.

· Identify expansion opportunities during and after each engagement and bring them forward with a clear proposal.

· Partner with our Business Development Director to convert opportunities into signed work.

Operations and Reporting

· Prepare program budgets, expense estimates, and invoicing inputs.

· Maintain accurate records in our client database and pipeline tools.

· Contribute to ongoing process improvements that make the team more effective.

What You’ll Bring

· Two or more years of experience in a client-facing role, including account management, public affairs, project coordination, or a closely related role.

· Excellent written and spoken English, with comfort communicating with senior executives.

· Proven organizational skills and a track record of successfully managing multiple projects at once.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and standard video platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex).

· Comfort in fast-paced environments that require quick adaptation and problem-solving.

· Experience working remotely as part of a distributed team, particularly the ability to self-manage, communicate proactively, and stay visible from a home office.

· A bachelor’s degree is required, along with experience in a business or corporate setting. A concentration in communications is a plus.

Helpful but Not Required

· Background in professional services, training, communications, or executive education.

· Experience with WordPress or similar online form builders.

· Comfort with travel; willingness to travel domestically a few times per year.

· A second language.
