Job description

LHH is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator Assistant in Minneapolis, MN to support a law firms Client Project Coordinator and Practice Group team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and excels at coordinating projects, communications, data management, and administrative operations.
As a key member of the team, you will help drive workflow efficiency, maintain project organization, support client communications, and ensure business reporting and compliance requirements are met. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders and clients while contributing to exceptional service delivery.
What You'll Do
Project & Administrative Support
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Support project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Enhance operational processes and maintain organized workflows.
  • Complete special projects and assignments as directed.
Document Management & Coordination
  • Draft, edit, revise, and proofread legal and business documents.
  • Create, maintain, and update project and compliance checklists.
  • Organize, manage, and maintain electronic and physical files.
  • Compare and review documents for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Receive, distribute, and track important legal and administrative documents.
Client & Team Communication
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Facilitate timely communication and information sharing.
  • Monitor communications and ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries.
  • Provide status updates and support to the Client Project Coordinator.
Calendar & Workflow Management
  • Maintain calendars, deadlines, meetings, and key project dates.
  • Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with opening and organizing new client files.
Data Management & Reporting
  • Enter, extract, reconcile, and maintain data from multiple sources.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, toolkits, and project documentation.
  • Support reporting requirements and compliance initiatives.
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Financial & Operational Support
  • Assist with invoice processing and reimbursements.
  • Ensure billing information is accurate and aligned with guidelines.
  • Support administrative and operational functions across the team.

Compensation
We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary offered will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with the position's responsibilities.
Salary Range: $48,000 - $91,000
  • Entry-level to foundational experience: $48,000 - $66,000
  • Growing proficiency and demonstrated success: $56,000 - $75,000
  • Advanced knowledge and complex project experience: $67,500 - $80,000
  • Extensive expertise and strategic-level experience: Up to $91,000
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Compensation may be adjusted based on candidate qualifications and internal and external equity considerations.
