Office & Client Coordinator Full Job Description

The Sewing Loft is a boutique drapery workroom crafting custom window treatments and soft furnishings for residential and designer clients throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. We’re a small, close-knit team with a big passion for our craft — and we’re looking for the right person to help us grow.

THE ROLE

As our Office & Client Coordinator , you’ll be the organizational backbone of our workroom and the trusted face our clients count on. You’ll own the full client journey — from initial inquiry through design selection and final installation — while ensuring every touchpoint reflects the care and quality we’re known for.

✓ Lead clients through design decisions — treatment style, fabric selection, and installation planning

✓ Build and nurture strong relationships with interior designers and retail clients

✓ Manage ordering and tracking of fabric, hardware, and project materials

✓ Use workroom software to input quotes, manage projects, and keep everything on track

✓ Support day-to-day office operations and help the team stay on schedule
