OPEN POSITION: Project Coordinator
LOCATION: Cleveland, OH

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Cleveland branch. This role plays an essential part in supporting our regional sales team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, from coordinating crane rentals and scheduling to managing project documentation and serving as the connective tissue between customers, field personnel, and internal departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, takes pride in keeping complex moving parts organized, and brings a solutions-oriented mindset to every project..

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Project & Logistics Coordination

· Coordinate crane rentals, transportation logistics, and job scheduling across active projects

· Schedule crane operators, riggers, support equipment, and transportation resources

· Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to the sales team and management

· Assist with fleet utilization, equipment availability, and resource planning

Documentation & Compliance

· Prepare lift plans, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and supporting project documentation

· Review and compile job site documentation including NCCCO certifications, crane inspection records, lift plans (3D Lift Plan and LICCON), load charts, and ground bearing pressure calculations

· Ensure all required documentation is complete and current: contracts, insurance certificates, permits, and safety paperwork

· Maintain compliance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and customer-specific requirements

Sales & Customer Support

· Serve as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, dispatchers, operators, and field personnel

· Prepare and distribute proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials for local and regional accounts

· Support the sales team with technical and operational information during the quoting and planning process

· Track project costs, billing information, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

·Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field or equivalent experience
·2+ years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service; experience in construction, heavy equipment, or transportation is a plus
·Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM experience preferred
·Strong organizational and scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
·Ability to read construction drawings and lift plans
·Knowledge of crane operations and rigging practices preferred
·Familiarity with OSHA regulations, NCCCO certifications, and construction safety requirements preferred
·Strong communication and customer service skills
