Description
TeleSolv Consulting is seeking an Alternate Program Manager for their federal client in Keyport, WA. This position will be hybrid (from your home office and the client site) and will be required to work from 0 to 10 hours per week on an as needed basis. This role will be utilized to alternate and back-up our current Client Program Manager in case they are not in the office as we provide client support and services from 7a-3:30p for this federal agency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Direct operations/project management of the Navy BASS contract when the Program Manager is not present.
  • Provide leadership and guidance for the personnel to achieve contract goals and objectives, address key risk areas, provide strategic guidance, and clear impediments to ensure high-quality contractual delivery when the Program Manager is not present.
  • Acts as program point of contact for the Contracting Officer(s) (KO/KS) and the Contracting Officerโ€™s Representative(s) (COR/ACOR) when the Program Manager is not present.
  • Assist the Program Manager on program operational processes, ensuring contractual obligations, reviews, approvals, and appropriate information dissemination (i.e., key personnel, travel requests, onboarding processes, timesheet reporting, invoicing, eCraft reporting, etc.) are performed accurately and promptly. Some processes involve going on-site to the client in Keyport, WA.
  • Assist the Program Manager in the timely submission of the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL).
  • Other responsibilities/deliverables as assigned.
Required/Preferred Skills:
Required Skills:
  • Must currently be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • Active Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • Proximity to Keyport, WA (within 10 miles or drivable commute)
  • 5 to 6 years of professional experience in Program/Project Management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data.
    Highly Preferred Skills:
  • Project Management Professional (PMPยฎ) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • Present or past experience with the US Navy.
  • Experience working in the eCraft system
