Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Project/Program Manager III in Bellevue, WA.
Key Tasks:
* Responsible for the coordination and completion of temporary and permanent power deployment projects across Amazon fulfillment network
* Oversees all aspects of multiple concurrent projects spanning utility upgrades, natural gas generator installations, switchgear deployments, and air permitting across multiple states
* Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of the program
* Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of all projects
* Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
* Performs a variety of tasks ranging from technical design review to vendor negotiations to regulatory compliance
* Leads and directs the work of contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
* A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected to solve complex power infrastructure challenges across diverse site conditions and regulatory environments
* Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department
REQUIREMENTS:
* Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in power infrastructure, electrical systems, or a related area
* Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
