Can you build strong client relationships while leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver critical government healthcare transformation programs?

About the Role

As a Program Manager, you will provide overall leadership and management for a large-scale Medicaid technology program, serving as the chief liaison to the client for design, development, implementation, Certification, maintenance, and modification activities. Serve as the point of contact for the contract, including deliverables, risks, issues, decisions, and action items during Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) and Certification.
Coordinate project scope and management activities during DDI and Certification.
Coordinate project scheduling and the provision of resources during DDI and Certification.
Prepare and deliver regular status reports during DDI and Certification.
Manage contract administration activities, including coordination of contractual deliverables and basic invoicing requirements.
Prepare formal communications and correspondence with the client during DDI and Certification.
Manage contract resources, including onboarding, training, and staff assignments during DDI and Certification.
Ensure all program phases remain on schedule during DDI and Certification.
Ensure compliance with all State and Federal requirements.
Ensure the program follows client plans, processes, procedures, and protocol guides.
Support PMO audits and participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
Serve as key personnel throughout the life of the contract.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience managing multi-supplier projects or similarly complex integration efforts.
Minimum of four (4) years of experience supporting the Medicaid Enterprise Certification Toolkit, Outcomes-Based Certification, Streamlined Modular Certification, or other Certification efforts.
