Job Summary

DI Labs is seeking a Client Program Manager to own a defined portfolio of client relationships. This role builds trusted relationships, maintains visibility into client objectives and upcoming demand, and coordinates DI Labs’ technical, commercial, quality, customer-service, and operational resources around client needs.

The Client Program Manager provides continuity from discovery and qualification through quoting, production, delivery, and future programs. Success requires curiosity, strong relationship skills, practical commercial judgment, and the ability to turn client conversations into clear commitments, priorities, risks, and next actions.

Duties

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of clients.
  • Establish a regular client meeting and communication cadence.
  • Develop a clear understanding of client objectives, stakeholders, programs, decision processes, and future needs.
  • Maintain visibility into expected demand, including timing, volume, program changes, and production requirements.
  • Communicate upcoming demand internally so DI Labs can prepare appropriate capacity, materials, staffing, technical support, and quality resources.
  • Lead consultative discovery and qualify opportunities using Sandler principles or another structured methodology.
  • Coordinate client opportunities and programs across engineering, quoting, customer service, quality, operations, and leadership.
  • Ensure meaningful opportunities have a clear objective, decision path, next action, owner, and date.
  • Identify risks, stalled opportunities, changing client priorities, and unrealistic commitments early.
  • Maintain accurate client, opportunity, commitment, and next-action information in NetSuite.
  • Help strengthen and expand client relationships through trust, insight, and consistent follow-through.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Five or more years of experience in client-facing account management, program management, applications engineering, technical services, or complex project roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
  • Experience conducting consultative discovery and qualifying technical or commercial opportunities.
  • Ability to uncover the business impact, urgency, decision process, and expected investment behind client requests.
  • Experience coordinating work across engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong communication, organization, judgment, and follow-through.
  • Ability to balance client needs with technical capability, capacity, quality, timing, risk, and profitability.
  • Experience using CRM, ERP, or workflow systems; NetSuite experience is preferred.
  • Experience in additive manufacturing, contract manufacturing, engineering services, product development, or another technical manufacturing environment is preferred.

Company Description

DI Labs is an advanced manufacturing technology company with a growing team of engineers, designers, technicians, and support professionals.

Our culture is driven by a concept we call Solutionology: the artful science of advanced problem-solving at the intersection of critical thinking and creative reasoning. It reflects our belief that there is always a solution—and that we do not rest until the problem is solved, often creating something that did not previously exist within the realm of possibility.

Every team member is a solutionologist. Regardless of role, each person is expected to be a problem-solver and thinker, not simply a doer. This creates a collaborative culture of ownership, accountability, curiosity and shared commitment to the results we deliver.
