What You'll Do
The Operations Manager works in collaboration with the Clinical Operations Manager to ensure
smooth and efficient day-to-day operations at their program. As a central partner to both the clinical and operations teams, the Operations Manager helps create a safe, responsive, and healing environment that allows staff to thrive and patients to feel supported every step of the way. Key responsibilities include:
  • Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising direct care staff to support the highest-quality patient care
  • Collaborating in the client admission process to facilitate a smooth and compassionate transition into care
  • Overseeing daily program scheduling to create a structured therapeutic experience for all clients
  • Fostering a culture of accountability and excellence by ensuring compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and safety requirements
  • Serving as a positive role model and mentor for direct care staff; providing feedback, coaching, and training
  • Becoming certified as a CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Trainer within your first 30 days, after which you'll lead and reinforce CPI and deescalation training across assigned teams

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience working with adolescents or young adults and their families in a mental healthcare setting (required)
