Join Our Team as a Clinical Outreach Specialist!

Candidate must live in the Sacramento area.

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adolescents and young adults? Do you have a knack for building relationships and collaborating with professionals in the behavioral health care community? If so, we want YOU to be a part of our dynamic team at Newport Healthcare!

What You'll Do: Build and maintain trust as a reliable resource for behavioral health care in your community. Collaborate with treatment teams to provide comprehensive care coordination. Identify market strategies and deepen professional relationships to expand Newport Healthcare's reach. Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers to uncover needs and create impactful partnerships. Plan and execute engaging presentations tailored to your audience. Respond promptly to service inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and support for families. Participate in team calls and field rides, sharing insights and strategies for success.

Essential Duties:

  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual performance objectives for your target market.
  • Document meaningful activities in our contact database to track progress.
  • Plan and attend facility tours, professional weekends, and networking events to showcase Newport Healthcare.
  • Manage expenses and assist with client assessments (if licensed).

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or closely related field OR minimum two (2) years of direct experience in a behavioral health setting/pharmaceutical sales.
