Client Operations Associate | Wealth Management Firm | San Francisco | Hybrid; 3 days onsite | Base + Strong Bonus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for client service and account maintenance
  • Support account openings, transfers, money movement, and other client requests

  • Communicate with clients, custodians, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests
