Job Summary:
Notion is a company that helps build tools for effective collaboration and productivity. They are looking for a Product Operations Manager to streamline processes, improve communication, and support the product team in launching new features successfully.
Responsibilities:
• Steer and surface key insights to help the product team prioritize feature roadmaps.
• Represent customer needs across the entire product development process.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and tooling that drive engineering velocity
• Coordinate end-to-end launch of new features across teams, including product, engineering, marketing, sales and customer support
• Drive Early Access Programs to allow teams to build and ship with confidence
• Own rollout implementations and run of show across key collaborators
• Use feedback loops to help the product team understand feature iterations or fixes
• Build reporting dashboards, agents and quarterly reports to establish rigor in product success
• Work with stakeholders to improve decisions-making around feature development.
• Act as a liaison between Product, Engineering Design and Go To Market Orgs to streamline decision making
• Drive clarity and communication on product priorities and statuses to Notion.
Qualifications:
Required:
• You have at least 4+ years of experience working in product operations, technical program management, project management, or a product ownership role.
• You have strong communication skills and can work with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You are able to collaborate effectively with peers and across teams that are located in multiple offices.
• You have strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• You possess the ability to make decisions with limited data while prioritizing when to collect more information.
• You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
Preferred:
• Strong knowledge of Linux, basic scripting, APIs, NoSQL, Nginx, MySQL and similar open source technologies.
• Knowledge of and experience using one or more of the following languages - Python, Go, C++ or Java.
