About the Role

The Earner Loyalty teams power one of the most impactful pillars of the earner experience, shaping how millions of drivers around the world feel recognized, rewarded, and motivated to keep moving with Uber.ย 

This Product Operations role sits at the intersection of a deeply complex marketplace and a prominent earner-facing product, and will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Ops to continuously improve loyalty experiences across all mega regions. This role is highly visible and has opportunities to create a sustained impact for Uber and earners.ย 

What the Candidate Will Do:

  • Own and develop the global roadmap for the Uber Pro program, from vision setting and user problem identification to solution design and GTM strategy.
  • Serve as the domain expert for Uber's global business, guiding the technical team to solve high-impact, complex problems.
  • Scale earner products and solutions by identifying creative solutions and maintaining high product launch velocity.
  • Champion earner pain points, advocating for user needs, and securing stakeholder buy-in in improving earner experience.ย 

Basic Requirements:ย 

  • Experience: 3+ years in high-impact product or analytical roles, with a proven history of scaling products in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • AI-Native Mindset: Actively leverage AI frameworks and emerging tools to redefine operational efficiency and accelerate data-driven decision-making.
  • Technical & Analytical Fluency: Ability to deconstruct complex marketplace concepts and translate quantitative data into actionable business strategies.
  • Bias for Action: You're a proactive builder who thrives in uncertainty, taking ownership of roadblocks and having a track record of driving high-impact outcomes.ย 
  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex data into concise, "spot-on" insights that drive executive decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA, or Master's in business, finance, or quantitative fields
  • Experience in scaling marketplace, AI, or platform businesses.

For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
