We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage a team of Portfolio Owners and deliver a series of initiatives from ideation through discovery, development and delivery
Partners with key business, product and tech stakeholders across the Enterprise to manage dependencies, identify opportunities, competing priorities
Partners with Product and Business leaders to create, manage and prioritize product strategy, OKRs, backlog and roadmap
Oversee Program Analysis and Reporting; Leverages insights to inform improvement opportunities
Oversees continual agile and operational transformation and, partnering with product to adopt industry best practices
Supports key internal processes, including Change at PNC, project funding and staffing, budgeting, etc.; Manages budget tracking and burndown for Servicing Product Team
Drives annual planning process for team

  • Manages and leads portfolio managers to ensure success in the execution of organizational portfolios in support of corporate strategy. No requirement for portfolio size.
  • Manages and assesses the development and approval process for strategic initiative governance for assigned portfolios.
  • Monitors the development and review of analysis and reporting information related to key strategic portfolio milestones.
  • Oversight and accountability for the overall portfolio budget while working to ensure success of the portfolio.
  • Coaches and develops portfolio managers. Works across multi-disciplinary functions, and manages vender relationships to ensure success of the portfolio. Consults with project and program managers/teams as needed.
