Job description

We're growing — and we're looking for the person to keep everything running smoothly.

DSG Capital Advisors is a boutique, fast-growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) based in Edina, MN. We serve a select group of high-net-worth client families through a personalized, Family Office model, and as we grow, we're adding a Client Operations Associate / Manager to our team.

This isn't a back-office role. You'll work side by side with our advisors, leadership, and clients, playing a meaningful part in the experience we deliver every day.

What you'll do:

· Manage day-to-day operations and workflows across the firm

· Support client onboarding, account management, and service requests

· Contribute to a team-first culture built on accountability and excellence

Who we're looking for:

· 2–8 years of operations experience in an RIA, wealth management, or financial services environment

· A process-driven professional dedicated to streamlining workflows and maximizing operational efficiency.
